We are experiencing more and more bureaucracy, which results in less efficiency and effective results, which results in higher levels of frustration and danger. Unfortunately, the bureaucracy, in most cases, does not know better, and ultimately this results in greater damage in all areas. It is well past the point that the people need to join together as a community to push back and say ‘Enough is Enough – No More‘.

North Shuswap Lockdown

 

The Province of Alberta and Danielle Smith are helping the Northwest Territories Premier,  Caroline Cochrane, because the federal government isn’t listening or even sending out any help. Many NWT communities have only one road in and one road out, and there’s plenty of fires up there. The voices of the NWT people need to be heard, too.  Click here to watch the press conference.

This will be an inclusive meeting, where everyone is welcome, including people who are not a part of this group.  Invitations will also go out to the mayor of Sechelt, N. Simmons, Coast Reporter etc. Please feel free to invite whomever you think would be interested.

 

We are also looking for speakers, especially those who worked (or used to work) in municipal / governmental positions, and also people who feel strongly about certain issues that seem to plague our community.

 

We hope to keep speeches down to 10-15 minutes max, so we can cover as much as we can.
